Nokia Lumia 820 — Irresponsible NOKIA | |||
Hi I purchased NOKIA LUMIA 820 on 18th Jan, 2013. Soon after i realized some serious issues with the phone. So i approached Nokia Care Centre on 15th Feb,2013. They took my phone and it was to be replaced by 23rd Feb,2013. After that time every time I check with them, only thing they say is you will get back your phone ASAP. I work with MNC so have to online all time as my head office is in SAN JOSE. I spent so much sleepless nights in front of my Laptop, after all this till date i did not receive my phone replaced.
