dear sir ,
i am rupam from patna. i have purchase nokia -c6-01 mobil handset.and there had some software problem and handset problem.i will be given my hanset in nokia care in patna dakbanlow choraha .and they replace the phone from nokia company .and after again there has software problem in new handset mobil.i will be again given my set in nokia care patna dakbanglow choraha.and they said some argument again and again .so i went 6 to 7 times in all nokia care in patna.so please you do to some action in nokia care .and they take 500 rs from me for warranty increase.
so please help me what shall i do next.
