Recharged diamonds for rs.1599, while the amount is debited the diamonds are not credited on my account.

Amount : rs. 1599
As can be seen from the screenshot of my transactions, the first transactions wasn't credited with diamonds so i tried with recharged of rs.79, this time though the diamonds are credited right away.
