Mobile Number Complaint — National level online shopping scam

Today, one of the agents from DELHIVERY gave us a parcel on which my mother's name and home address were written. She just paid the amount mentioned on the parcel, thinking anyone in the family must have ordered. The parcel was not ordered by anyone and so, we checked the sender's address. To our shock, no sender's address was written. On calling the customer care number written on the parcel, we came to know that it was a fraud online selling company with no name or registration. So, I request you to check the details of the mobile number - [protected] which is looting innocent people by taking data from other online sites and sending items which were not even ordered. This is a nationwide scam and must be dealt with stern action.
