[Resolved] BSNL — Not activated its more than a week | |||
It is more than a week I brought new BSNL sim card from BSNL office akola. date(15/02/2013). They told that it will be activated within 2 working days and you have to dial 1507 from the same number. now the network is available in new sim card but when i am trying to dial the same number it gives me a voice msg that "this facility is not available with your account kindly contact customer care". I tried to take a help from customer care more than 5 times, but they told like they are not responsible for new activation and they can not help me in that you have to wait for 4-5 days.. now again its 5th day but i am facing the same issue.. when i am trying to dial *123# it shows a msg that "your account is inactive" what is that.. kindly help....
