[Resolved] BSNL up west — Unauthorized deduction & pathetic customer care service by BSNL | |||
I am Rajeev Kuamr Sachan, having BSNL prepaid connection no. [protected] from last five years. The balance of my phone is getting deducted two times (one in last month of Rs.20/- and the second deduction yesterday of Rs.8/-), without any reason and information. Regarding this issue I called customer care a number of times and they are responding that you are connected to the UPEAST customer care and we cannot do anything regarding this issue. I am fed up of the pathetic services and unauthorized deductions of BSNL. It seems that these companies are incurring losses, hence they have started looting customers.
