[Resolved]  Karshni Solutions — delay in number portability

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had applied for converting my tataindicom number([protected] , [protected]) to airtel number which the airtel services agrred to. Then on Aug 2, 2013 a guy from Karshni solutions came to my place and took the documents required for this purpose. He also gave me the sim which is not activated till today.

Meanwhile, I applied for the deactivation of my tata indicom number which the tata services have deactivated 10 days back. Now I don't have any post paid contact number of my own. Right now I am in J&K on my official tour and my pre-paid connections are not working here. I am cut off from the rest of the world. My family, my office, my colleagues are angry with me and above all, I have suffered a huge business loss these days. All thanks to Airtel services.

I wrote to the Karshni solutions but there is no response. I tried to call on the number given on the receipt but they are not picking up the phone. I feel betrayed in this regard. please tell me what to do?
