Mks14074* reced on 19/7/2019 but product (Power bank) is dupplicate and the product after fully charged product (Power bank) is not working properly (Not charging mobile or wireless headset) and if product is not coming to use than why co. Is not taking back product and refund our amt... And support call no. +91 [protected] not working. If co is fraud than govt has to take action against the co.. No other support centre r working.. Email also send but not any updated is given...
So please help me.
