This product is not working well and not orginal product i want to return this but custmor care executive not recive the phone. And i want to return this item and want money back in my account.

But those custmor care number not working. Please take action and solve my problem as soon as possible...

By giving fake product we are cheated fees of rs 849 was cheated from the company mobile kart. A man delivered and he gives the product power bank and the power bank and work today even now it was a fake product titled sony and it was made in china at least refund my amount of rs 849 back i don't need any product mobile card and it was very cheating please don't do this again and again so many people please stop this company and please help...

I have ordered power bank 32000 mAh.vide order no. MKS[protected] and ASB no.[protected]. I have got duplicate and sub standard item and want to return this product. The above company, s website not working for refund activity and on contact email no reply given. No contact No. shown in wesite.

The advertisement of this company appeared during internet usage/Facebook usage/Whatsapp usage. In their website...

Power bank was not working... Full charged for one night but not working.. Customer no is not working sir. Pls help me.. 849 rs i will paid by yesterday delivery person.. Full fake product.. I have order product from http://mobilekarts.com/, they showing philips power bank 32000 mah and samsung blutooth but received china made product power bank mi band and blutooth is not working properly but i get the faked one. On site there is policy of return but there no option to apply for return, i have also mail them but not getting reply from them. Please stop this fake site offering fake offers. No online support on the site....

Invoice no. Mks14074* reced on 19/7/2019 but product (Power bank) is dupplicate and the product after fully charged product (Power bank) is not working properly (Not charging mobile or wireless headset) and if product is not coming to use than why co. Is not taking back product and refund our amt... And support call no. +91 [protected] not working. If co is fraud than govt has to take action against the co.. No other support centre r working.....

I purchased two sd memory cards from mobilekart.co after viewing an advertisement on facebook that said about a combo offer of two sd cards of 64 gb and 128 gb for rs 799 and shipping charge rs 99. I purchased the product cod. But as soon as i intalled the abovesaid micro sd card in my smartphone it showed corrupt sd card and became useless in spite of trying my best to erase and format it. I have ordered for 64 & 128 gb combo offer for memory cards but when i received i insert.64 gb card in to mobile but it shows card is corrupted and 128 gb card is not working in my mobile. I have order combos of memory card (64gb /128gb) rs799 on mobilekart order no (6464) they will sended through ecom express tracking number[protected].
