Mobiles — Charge and battery related problem | |||||
I have bought an Intex Mobile namely, Intex AquaSecure(Champ) Dual Sim on 07.12.2016 from M/s.Mobile Networks being its Adress at 8/1, Kiron Shankar Roy, Road, Kolkata - 700001. The IMEI No. is [protected]. From the very First day I have been facing the problem with the battery. Its not getting charged. I have repeatedly visited the Customer Care Service Center. I have registered a complaint on 13.06.2017. But the service provider failed to provide its service.The Product received at Service Center being no.[protected]. I repeatedly visited the Service Center being its Address at 14, Princep Street, 1st Floor, Hotel Embassy, Kolkata -72. Now, At Present the service provider since 13.06.2017 is not returning the Battery along with the Mobile Handset which is within their custody. I want my phone back.
