don't buy anything on www.themobilestore.in why because purchased one product by online(order number[protected] on 11th April 2014 and Expected shipping date:17th April 2014 but till now(21st April 2014) didn't receive anything.
Sent mails to them from 17th evening to 21st and called to their customer care number.
After all these things I received a call from customer care.
What he said you know we are unable to provide you the mobile so select any other one so that we will send you that product, so these guys don't have all products but they are showing in online to attract the people, this is the one type of fraud.
Then I asked him why you are not able to provide me the mobile(canvas 4), he simply said because of non-availability.
I simply asked him are you able buy any product online without available then he simply said "no"
then I asked him so without availability also you are taking/deducting money from customers, right?
Again he saying no sir on that time(11th April 2014) it was available and all these discussions these people are really ... people and they are making people ...
So don't buy anything on this site
