[Resolved] Mobility World — worst post sales service

I purchased one tampered glass for my iphone x on last week of february 2018 costing around 800 rs from south extension branch, it was told that it is a top brand quality and will last better than 'local' brands.
However it did not last even 1 week and tampered glass cover fallen out. I went to the showroom to show but the people present their started finding excuses about it and were not keen to even listen to me. After some more stress, they agreed to take it to 'another' shop to put a new cover as there was no one available in the shop who knows about putting a tampered glass this time.
They took my phone for it and and return after 4-5 minutes saying there is no available in that shop, and said "you can come later"
They even broke the original tampered glass that i showed to them, not sure why!!
Now they are asked me to come again next time, when that 'another' shop will have 'someone' to put the tampered glass.
So there is no accountability of mobiliti world and everything depends on the availability of a 3rd person who was never in the picture.
As per current status, my money is gone and i do not have any phone cover on my mobile.

After raising the concern to their Vcare team, they immediately made arrangements to return my money. I am happy since they did acknowledge the problem and did sort out the issue for us.
