Mobipik Insurance — Not returning my phone. Not picking calls

I have purchased an htc mobile phone (15800 rupees) on 5th may, 2015 and taken an insurance cover for it by paying extra rs. 2199 for insurance by mobipik (T c saluja solutions pvt ltd, 705, 7th floor, 95 vishal bhawan, nehru place, new delhi - 110019). My phone got damaged and it has been two months of submitting the phone with the insurance company, but i have not received my phone back. 20 days ago i used to get call twice and thrice a week that my phone has been repaired but since the new india insurance company has not given mobipik the insurance amount, hence i can get my phone back only when i pay rs. 5000. They say they will refund my rs. 5000 when they get amount from the new india insurance company. I refused to pay rs. 5000 as mobipik has very poor telephonic response. They do not pick office phone numbers given on website and the toll free number is never reachable. So if i pay the sum of rs. 5000, i was not sure whether i will get back the money or not. Now it has been 2 months of depositing my phone for repair with them but there is no news about it. Mobipik does not even pick calls. I have all the documents when i bought the phone, when i took insurance cover for the phone and when i deposited my phone with mobipik for repair under insurance.


Please get me my phone back as i am salaried person. I have purchased phone of rs. 15, 800/- with hard earned money and i cannot buy a new phone every now and then. For the fear of damage/loss to phone, i had paid extra amount rs. 2199 to get the phone insured. The company mobipik first said it cannot repair my phone because it is dropped by hand and it my negligence. After many requests, they accepted my phone for repair but now are not giving back the phone if i do not pay rs. 5000/- for screen damage. Had i wanted to get it repaired myself why would have i paid extra insurance amount. If mobipik cannot give my repaired phone back in best condition, i want a new phone or the amount of my phone back.
