Mochi — Complaint against poor quality of footwear

Hi Mochi,

I bought an expensive pair of ladies pencil heel sleeper from Mochi in September 2020, colour black, from your showroom in Phoenix Mall. I regret to inform you that the heel alignment was not correct and only in one time both sleeper line came out that shows how poor quality Mochi is offering to the customer.
After then I returned back to same item to your same showroom of phoenix mall and receiving of yours attached with this mail. For a long time when I didn’t get any call or response from you Mochi, then I started to call your landline no mentioned on the invoice. After so many reminders your person called me to inform me to collect my item.

When I went to collect then I realised only pasting was done but heel alignment problem remained same. This is what you people making customer fool like this.

Mochi is a brand name but it’s quality of product is much worse than a local road product without any Name. Either I want my money back or replacement.
I have been a regular customer of your products since 2007. You can look up my purchase record in your system. Looking forward to prompt response
