Dear Sir,
I bought the shoes from Mochi-Jodhpur showroom, Tel:[protected] in price of 5999/- on 30th July for my father as gift and due to size problem we returned next day and request for 38 size and after 12 days we got the correct size shoes.
And in 1 month of wearing the shoes the sole is come out and on 14th October I given back to Jodhpur showroom in new condition as its wear only in occasion not more than 15 days but till now we doesn't get any response from their side.
I bought the shoes for my father but due to bad service and quality my father bought new pair of shoes from Metro.
There showroom people said they sent the shoes for repair to there head office and for getting update we visit many times but they only said will let us know but not getting any positive reply. Today I got the shoes in repair condition.
My concern is I bought shoes in such high price for quality not for repaired shoes and the shoes which is not strong and if the company give same fresh shoes still we don't want to take as if that shoes is not strong then why we take new or repaired shoes and what the guarantee of such shoes, and again if such problems occur what we will do. And why we did wait for such long period.
So we need my money back and file a complaint in consumer court for such bad service and product by Mochi.
Please help us so other people will not face such problem.
