Mod Technologies — they are asking me money to for termination of id

Yesterday i started working for them one person asked if i was interested then he said i don’t have to pay to get started but if i leave my job then i have to pay fine of ₹4000 and today i started working and after filling 10 forms my id was blocked. I have still 6 days left and have a target to complete 800 forms. Please guys help me what should i do.
