Mod Technologies — harassing me by saying that they will issue a legal notice on my name.

One fine day i was searching for part time work and found about mod technologies. So i registered with them but then i read lot of reviewes that its fake so i didnt started the work and didn’t logged in even for once on the specified url. Moreover i texted them and called them to terminate my id as i dont want to work and they told ok. Now after 1-2 week they are calling me and asking me to pay 4000 or else they will issue a legal notice on my name. This is happening with many people. So its my request on my behalf of every people suffering with this to have a look and take appropriate action.
