Modern Bazaar Cyberhub Gurgaon — Denying to give aam flavour hall and insulted by using harsh words

Hi team,

My name is Sunakshi Garg.I visited modern bazzar store of gurgaon cyber hub around 1:45 pm.
There was aam flavour hajmola lying in the display board for sell. I asked the billing team to bill the material for me.He denied to bill the material and when I told to call his manager, he puts all the aam flavour hajmola in his drawer.
His manager comes and shouted so loudly.His words were "Madam aapnay to store sir par utha lia"and more [censored]s.
Instead of being sorry and apologised he talked too rudely.

Please address my concern or take any necessary action and I need my compensation for my insult.
