Modern Road Makers Pvt Ltd — regarding correction of my name in uan portal

Dear sir,
I am jagneswar sasmal now working in modern road makers pvt ltd, a subsidiary of irb infrastructure developers ltd.
The uan number has written instead of my aadhar number & my name also written wrong, so i am unable to verify my ekyc in uan portal.
I have submitted my all the document & joint declaration form to my office & they have also deposited at epfo office, thane on detaed 02.04.2018, but it has no changed.
