toll deducted even after ev car on pune-mumbai expressway today 22/09/2025

Today (22/09/2025) morning, near about 9.30 am on the Pune-Mumbai Expressway at the Urse toll, I have been charged toll fees even after there is a EV cars exempted from toll as per the order/GR by Govt. of Maharashtra.

Deducting toll even after showing free toll pass for ganpati.

Hi,
Tol charges were wrongly deducted even after showing free toll ganpati pass. Pls refund my money back..

Fastag not present at Mumbai Pune Expressway - Talegaon Toll Plaza

I was travelling in my car (Reg. MH14HQ2367) from Mumbai to Pune on 7th May 2022. I entered the expressway and paid INR 203 at Khalapur Toll Plaza at 07:26 PM.

However, while exiting the expressway at Talegaon Toll Plaza, I entered the fastag lane and I couldn't see any fasttag detector. The operator at the toll booth kept saying that I do not have enough balance as the amount to be collected at the toll was INR 67. Whereas...

Khalapur Toll plaza

My vehicle number is MH47 AB 8937 and on 25th June 2021 I was returning from Lonavala to Mumbai. On the khalapur toll plaza I chose cash line to pay the toll but at the same time I was charged Rs.203 extra via Fastag. I called at the toll booth but they are not providing me with Cash receipt details and rudely hung up on me. How am I supposed to get back the extra amount charged?...

Double charge at Rajiv gandhi Sea link

On 23jan 2021 i travel from Rajiv Gandhi toll plaza with return fair Rs.105 in cash. Than returning time they taken returning slip .When i crossed toll plaza i got massage Rs. 70 they cut amount from my fst tag account. My fast tag Customer ID: 11605677.
Please return my fast tag amount asap.

double toll charges at dehu road toll plaza

Today ( Dec, 24 2020) while going to Priti Shirdi ( Near to Pune), i crossed Dehu Road Toll Plaza ( Somatane Phata) around 12.15 PM. I asked them for return Receipt ( one time charge for return as well, as i was supposed to be back in 1 hr again) and they charged around Rs 62 for same in CASH.

Double collection of toll at talegaon toll plaza , pune

I was on the way from Pune to Belapur. My fast tag was full and when I accessed Talegaon toll plaza, the toll scanner showed INSUFFICIENT BALANCE, and the officials at toll plaza told me to pay cash and due to heavy traffic I paid cash Rs. 270/-.
After 5 minutes, I received the SMS that Rs. 203/ has been deducted from my fast tag account.

fastag - toll collected twice on pune mumbai expressway

I travelled on pune mumbai expressway on 1st January 2020 (Vehicle No. MH 46 BK 8178). The toll plaza deducted rs. 173 each (Total rs. 346/-) at talegaon & khalapur. Attached herewith screenshot of messages received from HDFC fastag.

Request you to verify the details and refund the amount to my fasttag account.

shedung toll plaza towards mumbai and pune both.

As i m frequently travelling to karjat and uses
Shedung toll and observed that very rarely all the toll booth are functional and the staff is very lethargic, very slow in their work as compared to the vashi toll plaza or mulund - airoli toll plaza.

service road street light not working

Street light from tapi bridge to kamrej char rasta both highway and service road is not working since 20 days. Both irb and other company are not receiving complain. Both are saying that is not my work.
And other so many dirty road and brackage on road..
There are not any sign of no parking.
These cause a big traffic.
Below the bridge very badly road and parking of tempo and rickashow....

My Car registration number is MH 01 AV 1393.I was travelling Pune to Mumbai on 22nd March 25 . On reaching Khalapur toll naka at 19.35 pm, Rs.240=00 we're deducted from my fast tag and I was told that there is no balance in my account and I was charged 480=00 (Trans. No.[protected]) . I have the reciept of it and also a message from my bank account of Rs.240=00 deduction. This is cheating. I want refund Rs.480.00.

    On 31/10/2024 while travelling on Mumbai-Pune expressway successful toll transaction happened at Khalapur toll plaza (Tran ID[protected]

    Mean while online fastag recharge failed and Double toll was charged at Talegaon Toll plaza Which should have been double of remaining toll amount of Rs. 80 i.e. Rs. 160 But instead was charged Double of Rs. 240 i.e. 480 (Reeipt No [protected]) & was told that the only option available.

      Travelled from Mumbai to Pune on Saturday 31st using a HDFC FAST TAG.
      On the first Toll at Khalapur the Amount of 240/- was deducted . ( Attached invoice HDFC transaction report ).

      On the second Toll at talegona my HDFC FAST tag got blacklisted ( i am raising a complaint at HDFC as well ) and the toll operator ( Rudy ) ask me to PAY the Toll again in CASH and that too Double.

      Have attached receipts for both. i want to raise a complaint & want a resolution for the same.
      For no fault of mine, I was charged extra apart from the delay, stress with the entireevent.

      Have sent nearly 10 emails to,

        While returning from Mumbai today I was charged 240 at 16:55:06 at Khalapur toll plaza. I took stop at Lonavala and was charged 0 at 17:21:24 at Kusgaon toll plaza. Then again while exiting from the express way at Talegaon toll plaza again deducted 240 at 19:29:20. Thus I am charged 240 twice i.e. once at entry and again at exit from the express way.
        My vehicle no. is MH12LD0141 and fastag wallet ID no. is [protected].

          I was travelling from Pune to Mumbai on Sunday 03/03/2024 by my own Car No. MH46BK5826. At Talegaon Toll Naka I paid Rs. 320/- toll as my fast-tag was not working. Even then on the next day on 04/03/2024 my fast-tag account directly got debited Rs. 240/- as Toll adjustment at Khalapur Toll Naka. It is very unfair to deduct the toll amount directly from account using my Car Number even when I've paid the toll in advance at Talegaon Toll Plaza. I am attaching a receipt of tall payment and msg I've got about toll deduction. Please go through it and credit the amount back to my account which is debited deliberately.

            I am writing to complain about being wrongly double charged at Khalapur toll plaza on Pune-Mumbai Expressway on 24th February 2024..
            Even though I had INR 698/- in my Fastag, the person at toll plaza said that it’s showing low balance. Even after showing him the balance he did not agree. He told us to pay cash INR 480/- instead of INR 240/-. We said a no however, he did not let us go. Since it was around 10pm at night and we had come from a long journey, we did not argue further and paid INR 480/- so that he would allow us to go.
            I would request you to kindly refund back the overcharged amount of INR 240/- to me.
            Attached herewith is the Fastag balance and the receipt that I received for double charge at the toll plaza.

                Dear Sir/ Madam,
                As per my understanding, Expressway Toll is charged as this facility saves our travel time and fuel. I was travelling by my vehicle MH06BM9110 from Mumbai to Pune on 26/01/2024 at 13.45 hrs onwards. There was heavy traffic on the expressway at Khalapur toll plaza and beyond. It has not saved my time as well as fuel though I have charged for Rs. 240 at Khalapur toll plaza and Rs. 80 at Talegaon toll plaza.
                You are requested to give proper justification for charging a toll to my vehicle in heavy traffic, else please refund the amount.
