toll deducted even after ev car on pune-mumbai expressway today 22/09/2025

Address: C1001 Mohar Pratima Rao ColonyTalegaon Dabahde

Today (22/09/2025) morning, near about 9.30 am on the Pune-Mumbai Expressway at the Urse toll, I have been charged toll fees even after there is a EV cars exempted from toll as per the order/GR by Govt. of Maharashtra.
The Vehicle number is MH14LE5503....

Colletted double toll charges for single trip

My Car registration number is MH 01 AV 1393.I was travelling Pune to Mumbai on 22nd March 25 . On reaching Khalapur toll naka at 19.35 pm, Rs.240=00 we're deducted from my fast tag and I was told that there is no balance in my account and I was charged 480=00 (Trans. No.[protected]) . I have the reciept of it and also a message from my bank account of Rs.240=00 deduction. This is cheating. I want refund Rs.480.00....

Excess toll charged on Mumbai-Pune Expressway

On 31/10/2024 while travelling on Mumbai-Pune expressway successful toll transaction happened at Khalapur toll plaza (Tran ID[protected]

Travelled from Mumbai to Pune on Saturday 31st using a HDFC FAST TAG.
On the first Toll at Khalapur the Amount of 240/- was deducted . ( Attached invoice HDFC transaction report ).

On the second Toll at talegona my HDFC FAST tag got blacklisted ( i am raising a complaint at HDFC as well ) and the toll operator ( Rudy ) ask me to PAY the Toll again in CASH and that too Double.

While returning from Mumbai today I was charged 240 at 16:55:06 at Khalapur toll plaza. I took stop at Lonavala and was charged 0 at 17:21:24 at Kusgaon toll plaza. Then again while exiting from the express way at Talegaon toll plaza again deducted 240 at 19:29:20. Thus I am charged 240 twice i.e. once at entry and again at exit from the express way.
My vehicle no. is MH12LD0141 and fastag wallet ID no. is [protected].

    I was travelling from Pune to Mumbai on Sunday 03/03/2024 by my own Car No. MH46BK5826. At Talegaon Toll Naka I paid Rs. 320/- toll as my fast-tag was not working. Even then on the next day on 04/03/2024 my fast-tag account directly got debited Rs. 240/- as Toll adjustment at Khalapur Toll Naka. It is very unfair to deduct the toll amount directly from account using my Car Number even when I've paid the toll in advance at Talegaon Toll Plaza. I am attaching a receipt of tall payment and msg I've got about toll deduction. Please go through it and credit the amount back to my account which is debited deliberately.

      I am writing to complain about being wrongly double charged at Khalapur toll plaza on Pune-Mumbai Expressway on 24th February 2024..
      Even though I had INR 698/- in my Fastag, the person at toll plaza said that it’s showing low balance. Even after showing him the balance he did not agree. He told us to pay cash INR 480/- instead of INR 240/-. We said a no however, he did not let us go. Since it was around 10pm at night and we had come from a long journey, we did not argue further and paid INR 480/- so that he would allow us to go.
      I would request you to kindly refund back the overcharged amount of INR 240/- to me.
      Attached herewith is the Fastag balance and the receipt that I received for double charge at the toll plaza.

        I was charged Rs. 240/- by cash instead of Rs. 120/-. The person at the toll said that I did not have enough balance, but when I checked later I had Rs. 800/-.

          Dear Sir/ Madam,
          As per my understanding, Expressway Toll is charged as this facility saves our travel time and fuel. I was travelling by my vehicle MH06BM9110 from Mumbai to Pune on 26/01/2024 at 13.45 hrs onwards. There was heavy traffic on the expressway at Khalapur toll plaza and beyond. It has not saved my time as well as fuel though I have charged for Rs. 240 at Khalapur toll plaza and Rs. 80 at Talegaon toll plaza.
          You are requested to give proper justification for charging a toll to my vehicle in heavy traffic, else please refund the amount.

            While Pune to Mumbai return on 07/01/2024 at 14.58 Hrs at Talegaon toll plaza 240/- already deducted.When we reached Khalapur toll at around 15.46 Hrs instead of 80/-, they charged for 240/-, even though 130/- balance available in fastTag, they have collected 480/- charges (double charges ) . Please refund the amount ASAP.uier

                I was charged complete toll for my journey from Mumbai to Pune on 24th Dec 2023.
                The highway was completely blocked with delays over 90mins still we were charged complete toll of Rs 320 for the journey.
                Cars without Fast Tag could pass for free. THis is incorrect and the toll must be re-imbursed.

                    Regarding recovery of excess amount of toll deducted from FASTAG

                    Shandong toll plaza NH 48 panvel, on this toll, double amount was deducted from fastage of toll within 24 hours, even with return toll system within 24 hours I had to pay double toll. My car number is MH21X 8475. This is very wrong. The contractor should immediately refund my toll deductions to my FASTAG.

                        Dear Sir/Madam,
                        I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I faced while travelling to Mumbai on Monday, the 30th of October 2023. At Talegaon toll, we were stopped due to a fast tag issue, which caused a delay of half an hour. I made a payment of Rs. 320 via PhonePe for the toll, but I encountered unpleasant behaviour from the toll booth staff who demanded double payment in cash, despite my wallet's balance being sufficient.

                        My concern is that the fast tag system did not work at Talegaon toll plaza, whereas it was functional at other toll booths such as Anewadi, Khed Shivapur, and Khalapur. This delay not only caused inconvenience to me but also to the other cars waiting behind.
                        Additionally, I have been charged Rs. 240 through the fast tag at Khalapur toll plaza, even after presenting the receipt of Rs. 320 paid at Talegaon toll.
                        I believe that I should not have been charged again. Therefore, I humbly request you to refund the balance amount that was charged to me. For your reference, my Fast tag valet number is 26993499, and I have attached a screenshot of the fast tag statement.

                            Major Issues - Every time you find some toll sensor is not working and vehicles needing to back off. Leading to long queues. Why quality cannot be ensured.

                            Why are you accepting cash whereas it was officially stopped two years back. This is a major issue as Tourist vehicles invariably do not have money in Fast Tag
