Modfurn Furniture — Not providing Service and Bill.

I have purchased a wardrobe from Modfurn Furniture, Diamond Plaza, Nagerbazar, whose locks, doors, and drawers are not working properly. When I asked them for servicing and purchase bill which I lost but I have provided them the purchase but they clearly refused to provide me the bill as well as service.
