Modi Hyundai — Delaying my car delivery and no response | |||
Hello I had booked a car from Modi Hyundai Thane branch on 15th of December, 2020 and i was told there is a waiting period of 3-4 months but max to max I’d receive the car by march end or april first week in 2021 First of all they never contacted me and also when i tried to contact them from my side they did not entertain me and were always delaying my question’s answer Now when it the actual time for delivery they are informing me that too on my asking that it might take more time 1-2 months more which is totally disappointing because till now they didnt tell me anything of this sort so i sold my old car and now they are telling us to wait more which i dont want to because now its urgent i cant wait Also they prioritise the other customers first so they might have sell the car which was about to come in my number slot to some other person which is disgusting to do so Never expected this from them Please kindly help me solve this issue I have already paid them 21000/- Was this information helpful? | |||
