Hi,
I would like to file a complaint that my payment of Rs. 1011 was captured and completed successfully through the modicare upi ID, but it was not recorded in the DP monitor. According to then, my payment was never received, but the money has been deducted from the bank account.
I am attaching the ss for your reference, pls look into my problem urgently.
