Hi,

I would like to file a complaint that my payment of Rs. 1011 was captured and completed successfully through the modicare upi ID, but it was not recorded in the DP monitor. According to then, my payment was never received, but the money has been deducted from the bank account.

I am attaching the ss for your reference, pls look into my problem urgently.

I went to purchase Modicare product, the guy is very rude and talking without any respect.I said him to be polite he started saying i will not sell any product to you. The shop address given below :

Please cancel his license to sell modicare products.

I've only used the ride service a few times and all 3 times my driver didn't to one pick or was so late I had to cancel my appointment. When you call to let them know all they say is I know that's frustrating. Don't use there services i[censored] can you'll be late or miss your appointments completely.

Your modicare agent who Has (DP) and said to me to also open Dp many times and tomorrow they came to my house and pressuring, forcing, me to open my dp account in modicare and I said that I am not having enough money to open and my financial condition is not good .
Then they attack on me and said are you opening dp account or not if you do not open dp account .
We will murder you .
They are forcing me for their benefit .
I know thier personal details please take strict action against them or I will file case in supreme court against Modicare company that their agent gives murder Threat and persons opening dp account in pressure.

I purchased mighty guard app on 14 june 2021. It got correctly installed on my phone and was working well. But for many protection features it wanted permission and the general permission includes that the app can delete all my data without warning by performing a factory data reset. Had I known this before I would have never purchased such an app. There are so many security apps. I trust modicare so I bought it. But why will I risk losing all my data? This is cheating. I demand a full refund of my money as this information was not provided to me before.

Modicare company as name of Pm modi doing fraud with indians. they cut there hard earned money in the name of travel fund, car fund after some time kickout same for blaming and disbursed of id from company data. they don't want to give there hard earned money.

Skin problem

I was regularly using your product fresh moments twice a day, within few days o[censored]sing it I found some blackish layer on my teeth which later on become very vivid.

I have attached the screenshot of my teeth.

The product is very poor. How can you correct this mess.

They should remove care from thier name. You keep calling them, there is just no resolution. No one cares. They promise call back but won't do. Send email they choose to not reply. If you are lucky they will reply at their own choice. Takes ages to deliver order and prices are already high. Zero coordination between there teams. If you need peace of mind stay away is the solution from this firm.

She is behaving very badly to customers and threatening the same.
There is many issued also there and i can be proved you for the same which is i have many audio recording and withness of the customer.

Realy it's very hard to purchase the product and its very bad impression for us and as well as medicare too.
We hope you will take some srricks action against her.

First thing i well tell you, modicare products are good but i have one complaint direct to mr. Samir modi you sing to all products if you are not satisfied to our products 100%cass back, but i purchased one lipstick and i am got wrong color and i go to return but your dp management told me i can't return or exchange any product and he is very badly beave with me. I never accepted for your management beave like nonsense.. Please close his dp now i well send you all details, please consider my request. I am also archies director in modicare. But now i am disappointed from your management. And i leave your modicare business now, if you are not giving me any promises this dp. I well send you all details to his dp

I like to inform you that our modicare business of kolkata office going to down due to there nature of business...in that case we have learn that our promotion & level will increase for our performance but in kolkata office level will up automatically by doing casting couch…approach will given by business head, business manager to directors, senior consultant, why that kind of indiciplinary happened in kolkata office if everyone up there level by casting couch then who is try to up his/her level with giving their efforts why their level goes down and who were not eligible for level up but the system of kolkata office about casting couch will help them…………

Modicare service really sucks. Their andheri msc (Mumbai) employees are least bothered. They were supposed to close my dp 2 months back and refund my money but still nothing. They are just delaying for no good reason because they are too lazy to do their job. I have been requesting them evryday and all they do is delay and give me false date. I was assured that i will get the money anyhow by 23rd of may, 18 so i issued a cheque to somebody from my account dated 24th may, 18. Today i spoke with one of their heads and still she gave me a further date and when i said i need money by tomorrow anyhow as i have issued a cheque to somebody, she simply said she cannot help. I am already paying extra interest because of the delay and now i am really stuck bad with these lazy and careless people.

Ello i rohit m prajapati on night of 16 june 2017 used my debit card ending of (My saving ac[protected] of dahisar east branch) for purchase of rs.2551 on modicare.com which has gateway named pay u money. It showed that was declined by your bank then again it was cancelled with soory message. Then i tried to credit rs 2500 to modicares m-wallet through same pay u money which was successfull. It was order of jinal visariya.2551 declined from card and showing pending order...2500 succeded to m wallet showing succes of order under same name but i have sms of debiting both amount in which 2551 was incorrect.
But after that i recieved sms debiting both amount i. E 2551 and 2500 on the same time 00.45 which was 17 june then
Waited for correction and got another sms of crediting 30 rs.???
Plz correct that '

I have Demat A/c with HDFC. Due to Non submission of PAN card details i was not able to access my A/c.
The same i submitted 1 week back. But still its not updated in my Demat A/c. If i call HDFC bank also i am not getting any response. When i contact HDFC Bangalore they are telling my Demat A/c is closed. But without my knowledge how they can close my Demat A/c. For each and everthing they are asking as to come directly to HDFC bank. But How they can close my Demat A/c without my Confirmation, I paid full money for opening my Demat A/c and i paid for NSE Membership also. Kindly help me to reactivate my Demat A/c.
