Mohamed M Mulla — airtel online recharge failed but amount deducted

Dear sir/madam
I mohamed m mulla have done recharged of ₹499 in my mobile number [protected] on dated 08.09.2019 at 11:44am. The amount of ₹449 after app offer of ₹50 off, has been deducted from my bank account and i have received this message — payment of rs.449.00 for txn id p[protected] on airtel pre... Is successful, but so far when i was checking the balance in my mobile it is showing no recharge has been done.
Kindly look into it this matter and please do the needful.
