Mohan Motors — Major issue with my xylo

Greetings and very good morning.

My name is arindam mukhopadhyay and i was an employee of tech mahindra for five years.

I am a customer of mohan motors kolkata for about ten years.initially i had scorpio and then i switched to xylo when i was at tech mahindra as a group head.

As an old customer i was having an excellent relationship with workshop which is changed recently.

My xylo met with a accident on 13th april 2016 and with the help from mohan motors, the car was taken to workshop.insurance claim was made for the same. there were multiple discussions happened along with insurance representative and go ahead was given from my side within 3 / 4 days.

After that i observed sudden change of behavior from body shop.initially it was told that the car will be available after 2 to 3 weeks. but weeks went one after another. they are not picking up the phone. not meeting when i am going there. when got a chance to connect, they are mentioning that work is going on. i do not have any visibility of the current situation. since the car has given to them already more that three months are passed and i am finding myself in helpless situation. i also observed rude behavior from body shop manager and once it was threatened that once the car is given to them, i am not allowed to take it back.

Requesting your intervention so that i can get my car with required repairs and after making my required payment. outside world, i am getting lots of negative feedback about them which is making me apprehensive.

I have very bad experience with Mohan Mottors

My inverter shows yellow light and fan is running continuously plz sand help to resolve the problem
