Monad University — monad university certificate is not accepted by mncs

I went for the interview in ganpact and r1rcm they rejected me by saying that monad is blacklisted university if it is not blacklisted university can you please take action and talk to these companies why are they not taking students of monad university please do something and reply to this post otherwise my career will be in dark... Universities future in also in dark in future no one will take admission if the degree is useless...
