    The people in the university didn't resolve the request to provide the Degree certificate.
    They are not replying to emails or phones.
    I don't live in India, I came back especially to get my degree but some stupid people are working there who don't like to help people.
    Please change your staff and let me know who will be the right person to contact for the degree.
    I need to get it posted or send it by Fax now.

    No one should do a degree program at this university staff is not helpful and even rude.
    Monad University customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Degree verification 2013 batch

      Sir/Mam,
      I have studied in Monad and passed out in 2013. In Chennai floods, I lost my certificates, got FIR copy as well. Reached university for Duplicate certificates, but not response till now.
      Recently I contacted one agent(got from Facebook), after I paid money to him. He sent me documents but I have a doubt that these are fake or genuine. Please check and let me know.
