I ordered a product from this company and their website says delivery within 10-14 days of order if in the US. They said I would receive updates about shipping. I tried to see where the order was and it still says processing. That was 7 days ago. I tried to contact customer support and all you get is an email saying they will get back with you. I tried calling the 1-800 number and the automated system hung up on me. They had no problem charging my card the $44 plus dollars and they are still taking orders for this exact item.
