[Resolved]  Monetary Solution — intraday trading services offered but no service given

I am giving this complaint after repeated requests on my behalf to their compliance team for refunding the amount paid due to not fulfilling their promise of providing adequate service and guidance is not being heard.
Every time I make a complaint, someone from their team offers to mend their mistake and give better service, apologizing for their past mistakes

Unfortunately I believed them and fell into their trap of false promises and paid a huge amount of Rs 7 lacs for which I did not get even a single rupee benefit

Now to repay back they have again asked me to pay some amount though minimal
It has become routine for them to call up saying that they will refund the amount but not actually disbursing the same

Their registration details are as follows.It is a Indore based company

Pls take strong action against them as it is not a small aount that has been looted by them

They give false hopes saying that the money will be refunded if I pay so and so amount

It was my mistake to fall into their trap but I am writing this cmplaint to ensure that no other person with their hard earned money is cheated in this manner

Pls take appropriate action against such cheaters and corrupt company
I have all the details of payment done till date since last 2 months which amounts to 7 lacs

Details of one transaction done of 21/08/2018 I as follows

There are atleat 20msuch transactions amounting to Rs 7 lacs
Pls help me in fighting them to get the amount refunded
