Monetary Solution — monetary loss due to fraud option calls by monetary solution.

On[protected] mr darshan from monetary solution, indore called me over my mobile and tried to convenience me to trade in option calls and he can give return of 5 – 10 lacs in a month thereby recovering the loss incurred by me in share market so far.

I told him that i have limited capital and not in a position to bear loss. He assured me that there is no chance of loss and i should deposit rs. 12, 500/- being subscription for 2 months for giving calls in call/put option. He assured me that he will personally follow up the calls given by him with proper exit level timely. Believeing him i deposited rs. 12500/- in the account of monetary solution, indore on[protected].

On[protected] there was loss of rs. 6, 800/- on the call given by him, on[protected] a profit of rs. 2, 800/- and on[protected] a loss of more than rs. 13, 000/- on[protected] mr darshan told me to buy option call of jspl 300 ce of january series as much lots as i could and accordingly i purchased 3 lots of jspl 300 ce @ rs. 5.90. I informed him accordingly and he told me to put exit order @ rs. 8.90. Accordingly, i put exit order as advised by him. The call rate made high of rs. 6.20 only on[protected]. At around 1500 hours he told me to purchase 1 – 2 lots more of jspl 300 ce and i will get good profit at the opening of market on[protected]. I could purchase one more lot of jspl 300 ce @ rs. 4.15. Lot size of jspl ce was 4500. Total being 18000 quantity of 4 lots jspl 300 ce.

On[protected] at around 0930 hours i contacted mr darshan and told him that total of 18000 quantity of jspl 300 ce is there and at which rate i should put exit order. He told me to put order @ 7.10 for these 4 lots. I further asked him at what level stop loss should be put since on[protected] there is expiry of this series. He categorically told me that there is no need to put sl and i will make exit with profit. I accordingly put exit order for these 4 lots @ 7.10.

From 1030 hours[protected] i tried to contact mr darshan on his number [protected] constantly every half hour but there was no response from him. Finding no alternative at around 1245 hours i could get [protected] where mr shiva responded to my call. I told him details as mentioned above. He told me that he will call back within 5 minutes after consulting his seniors. Mr shiva rang up after 5 minutes that i should make exit from all these 4 lots at the current rate. I told him that current rate is 60 – 70 paise only and there will be huge loss. I also told him that i have lost 80% of my capital. He assured me that whatever loss incurred in these calls as well as cumulative loss incurred will be made good by him in the calls to be given to me in february, 2018 series. I accordingly made exit from these calls and had incurred loss of more than rs. 89, 000/-. Cumulative loss being more than rs. 1, 15, 000.

My request is that this loss should be made up at the earliest as promised by mr shiva and in future there should be proper follow up of the calls given.

Earlier also i had lodged complaint on 24th january, 2018 and on[protected] but could get no acknowledgement even.
