Money View Loan — Paid 10000 as service charge and no loan

I have paid a service charge of 10000 rupees as per the money manager asked me to for a loan amount of 1 lakh now it shows some error and asking me for 30000 where it be refunded after the correction of error. As total of 130000 and using inproper words.
