I Had a LOAN in money view few years ago where through those ### my cibil score went down -200 points even after making correct payment every month. And after that incident happened i had closed the LOAN and got the NOC as well but today i had been debited an amount of Rs.1286/- without any prior notice or permission. I want my money back as it was kept for a LOAN EMI. Kindly help me getting the amount as they have already looted Rs.12, 000/- extra for a Rs.10, 000/- LOAN and again they are looting like they have my debit card in their hand.
