I write to inform you that Money Control Pro Annual Charges of Rs. 365-00 on[protected]was paid by me as a special offer.
Again Rs. 399-00 was debited on[protected] from my account and since then, I am requesting you to refund the amount, but nobody is bothered to resolve my issue.
I am now fed up to follow the issue and as and when I write to MC Pro, I immediately received the mail that my complaint is closed without given any reason.
My I know why my request of refund is not considered or is it not a case of cheating by Money Control. Was this information helpful? |
