I write to inform you that Money Control Pro Annual Charges of Rs. 365-00 on[protected]was paid by me as a special offer.
Again Rs. 399-00 was debited on[protected] from my account and since then, I am requesting you to refund the amount, but nobody is bothered to resolve my issue.
I am now fed up to follow the issue and as and when I write to MC Pro, I immediately received the mail that my complaint is closed without given...

Subscription of Rs 999 for 2023 one year debited on 22.12.2022; but, Account Not Activated. Please restore Activity

I couple of months back emailed You regarding the closure of my account with necessary details, but no action has been done till today, Please dont want money control to keep my details in their database, so please take the action as soon as possible.

1 year before I purchase moneycontrol subscription due to I have code from Upstox. After One Year, Moneycontrol renew my plan without my permission & any intimaions. It is total fraud. No any valuable content into moneycontrol.com pro membership.

i had subscribed for moneycontrol pro subscription last year i.e on 08/08/2020 but without my consent moneycontrol had auto renewed it on08/08/2021 at 11.39pm.
Today 09/08/2021 i had tried to cancel the renewed subscirption but it had not cancelled saying
"Dear User,
Your annual subscription of Moneycontrol Pro is an auto renewal service and a reminder email was sent before your first auto renewal from email id: [protected]@moneycontrol.com. Your next renewal will be on 08/08/2022. Your subscription will continue to be auto renewed until cancelled. In case you want to cancel your subscription, kindly do the same at least 2 days prior to the renewal date.
You will continue to enjoy all the benefits of Moneycontrol Pro till the end of the your existing subscription period."

i had cancel the auto renewal order for the future, but couldnt cancel this year subcription ie 08/08/2021-07/08/2022 as there is no option given to cancel it.

Just sending a email and doing auto renewing is not right thing, in this busy life we may not see the email.

i m unhappy with this subscirption please do the justice.

My subscription has been renewed by asking someone How to debit money directly from the account I want my money back I did not ask to renew

This is disgusting! Absolutely not tolerable!

Moderator deleted all my messages, I had complained about somebody else and they have deleted my messages. I wasted my quality time on the forum.

Also I complained on twitter nobody responded to the tweet.

I just shared my view and they are saying the message is promotional. But it doesn't have anything promoted.

After many follow up they don't cancel subscription. Just say unsubscribe from Google bcoz they have taken money. I dont know. They don't help & escape. Plz help so I can unsubscribe auto renew account. Unethical company. Now what I do bcoz they simply called me. If they help me online on call then I can do it. But I m tired with them.

So many times requested them to unsubscribe from their website.But they are very adamant in nature.First 5 years back requested, till today not yet unsubscribed from their website.I don't know their psychology.They are very very tempered unethical behavior.Unnecessary health problems started regarding against their unethical behavior.

Please help me in this matter immediately.

Suddenly there has been a serious log in problem with moneycontrol.com site. They changed the log in features for ease to customer but what has really happend is a serious blunder by moneycontrol. I can't log in to my accounts with my user id since last one week. I changed password but still problem. Also unable to log in to mobile apps. Sent about 8 reminder emails but no response from money control. I have called them several times, no response. Other than a pathetic email id "[protected]@moneycontrol.com" which is just a bogus email there is no one else whom we can escalate. There phone no does not work it seems.

We store our vital financial information on moneycontrol.com site but with such pathetic response and poor technology when you can't log in for about a week and no response from the company, there is a serious doubt about the professionalim. Really bad site.

So be careful about this site and you may explore an alternative. I will give zero rating for the experience i have.
