Moneyview — A refund of amount rs.2563 which was extra collected through e-mandate auto debit facility via razorpay as emi

Hi Sir/mam,
This is Ashutosh Gautam, i had taken a loan from Moneyview App of amount 15000Rs/- All my loan amount gets paid off by me.but the last 6th emi was paid by me through google upi, but at the same day moneyview also debited an amount of rs.2563 for the same emi through auto debit facility. so they collected an extra amount of 2563rs from me.
Rs. 2563 i paid via goole upi.
Rs.2563 moneyview collected through auto debit facility.
Therefore the total amount paid for 6th last emi is 5126rs.
So, i want a refund of that extra amount of rs2563.
here are details-
Total Loan amount taken for 6 months of installment 15000rs/-

1) 1st Emi - 2769rs. via upi paid by me

2)2nd Emi - 2769rs. via upi paid by me

3)3rd Emi - 2769rs. via upi paid by me

4)4th Emi - 2769rs. via upi paid by me

5)5th Emi - 2769rs. via upi paid by me

6)6th Emi - 2563rs. via upi + 2563rs. via Razorpay auto debit.

2563rs paid by me for 6th last emi but rs2563 moneyview debited as auto debit facility for the same 6th emi.

therefore for 6th emi moneyview had debited rs.2563 of amount extra that i want to refund to me.
