I got a notification from CIBIL bureau that personal lone enquiry. on 23rd September 2023 but I have done the Loan enquiry. next day i have raised a complaint to CIBIL Bureo and MoneyView [protected]@moneyview.in
i sent several emails to MoneyView customer care Team. they are keeps saying that we revert back to you. till today no response and not status changed in CIBIl bureau

i would like to request you to kindly take a necessary action.

I am receiving lot of harrasement and abusing messages from money view although i have informed before i will pay emi next month and same was accepted by bank still i am getting lot of harrasement calls and messages...

I am getting frequent SMS from moneyview credit sector daily. more than 10 SMS Mails and 5 Calls for credit card and Personal Loan.
for every 1 hour, I am getting messages or call from their side.

even my network could not identify and block the calls and messages. I beg you please stop the promotional messages. I don't need any credit cards or loans

Did not received top up loan amount after foreclosure of loan account number[protected], a company under Aditya Birla group.

On 23 April 2023, I was complete all process like, kyc, agreement, and NACH, but amount not credited to my ac, then call to customer care but not connecting, I was mailed them they replied to wait for 24 to 48 hours. Already 5 days crossed. Many times mail to [protected]@moneyview.in but not reply from there. Alreday AUTO DEBIT DONE (NACH) for every 5th of month. So please help me.

Hi,

I have taken personal loan of Rs 4, 10, 000 for 60 months through MoneyView. As per there terms and conditions, I will be eligible for my loan foreclosure after I pay 12 EMI which I have already paid. But now when I am checking an option in the app to foreclose the loan, it is still saying that I need to pay 6 EMIs to be eligible for foreclosure. I have call them multiple times and sent multiple emails but no response...

Actually one day I have received call from moneyview and informed me that I got a pre-approved loan offer around 270000.So please install monet view app and entered all necessary details and take this loan. After some discussion with her, I have installed that app and entered all the mandatory details to check the rate of interest, processing fees.after noticing the high rate of interest and processing fee, I have stopped proceeding the online loan application at the final stage of loan disbursement. The next day onwards they were keep on calling and insisting me to take the loan.but I have Cleary informed them like I don't want this loan so please leave me. But they never stopped asking me to take that loan. Finally on 6th October again one guy called me from moneyview and he also asking me to take loan. But I said like I don't want this loan. Then he said no problem sir, going forward we are not going to disturb and call you but I have to block/cancel this loan process so please share me the OTP number that you have received. I have shared OTP number to him in order to stop/cancel this loan process since these guys were keep on disturbing me during office hours and I cut the phone call. Few hours later I have received one sms like loan amount Rs. 259646 has been credited in to you account from Piramal capital & housing finance. I Really I got shocked and realised that guy from moneyview misused my OTP number that I have shared and Disbursed the Loan amount. Then I tried calling the moneyview customer care but they are always busy/not reachable. Then I have contacted Piramal capital & Housing finance company who credited the loan amount into my account and informed the moneyview's fraud activity. They listened everything that I have shared and gave me assurance to take necessary action on moneyview and that guy who misused my OTP number.Also I have sent mail to Piramal capital to cancel/foreclose this loan which is processed illegally.

So I kindly request to take legal action on moneyview and the person who misused my OTP number for disbursing the loan illegally.

I Sreenu Somisetti availed personal loan bearing account no 112114 of Rs 195000 on[protected] and closed on[protected] .But when I approached other bank for availing loan at other bank when they scrutinized cibil report and crif report the loan outstanding is present with an amount of Rs 27827.

So, I request you to provide closing letter and statement of the particular loan at the earliest and request...

I took a personal loan on MoneyView app and had been paying the EMI every month without any dues. But this month CIBIL score dropped significantly. To understand the cause I paid 800 to get CIBIL report. Noticed that account no. [protected] under the name FICCL is showing a DUE of 27 rupees. Due to this FALSE information from the Loan provider, my CIBIL score has dropped. Now that I am applying for a HOME LOAN I am getting issues processing the LOAN due to a low CIBIL Score. I raised a Ticket with the MoneyView app but no response. I sent emails but no replies were received. there is NO web portal to download the Payment Track record or any details that can be shown as proof to the Home Loan department. MoneyView is not responding to my queries, already I had to pay 800 for the CIBIL report, now HOME loan also having issues due to FALSE information from the MoneyView team regarding the due amount of 27.

I HAD FORCLOSED MY LOAN AMOUNT ON 24/06/2022 BUT STILL THEY ARE NOT CLOSING MY LOAN ACCOUNT AND DEDUCTING EMI 5498/- VIA AUTODEBIT.

This is Ashutosh Gautam, i had taken a loan from Moneyview App of amount 15000Rs/- All my loan amount gets paid off by me.but the last 6th emi was paid by me through google upi, but at the same day moneyview also debited an amount of rs.2563 for the same emi through auto debit facility. so they collected an extra amount of 2563rs from me.

I had taken a loan from this online app, and paid 4 installments. Now due to job loss, I am not able to pay, and now they have started harassing me just like anything.

Previously I have informed them that I will pay by 20th September, but unfortunately I have not received the fund to pay them. They made my life hell.

Already they sent me the police complaint, and they are calling me from different numbers and...

After aproval and disbursed my loan money view app showing auto debit not enabled .how to pay my loan my nach is already successful

Hi. I had taken rs. 50000 as loan. I had cleared all the amount. Along with interest of rs. 9053. I cleared everything. But now i getting that i had defaulted payment and i have to pay balance payment of 5300. From fullerton india company. Because of this my cibil has been reduced. Now iam not getting any credit card or loan.

I tried contacting them but it is not happening. I sent multiple mails i didn't get any response. I don't know how i slove this issue.

I had paid all money when i got forclose loan on 21 st january, i attached bank statement of january 21st, this closure amount is 7452 rupees, i had got a message from money view that my loan has been closed and would send loan closed letter, then i haven't got any letter and again my money has been deducted from my account and even it is showing in money view app, so kindly help me and send my money back to my account

I have taken 75000 loan from money view app. I paid all EMI regularly. The 09th EMI Two time debite my loan amount.First I PAY AMOUNT Rs. 7128.00 Through NET BANKING TO YOUR BANK AC.NAME :WHIZDM INNOVATION PVT.LTD. on 06.01.2020 11.15 Am, amount was debited but I didn’t receive any msg from Money View I got message from WHIZDM INN And Second Time after 6 hours You Did auto debit rs 7128.00, So please kindly do your needful. My money is debited two times from my account which i had paid to Moneyview for loan. I already paid amount for the month of jan but again same amount is debited. Can u please help me for this issue.

I applied for loan on 10h oct on moneyview app and its still under progress. i already payed my all money taken twice without dues . Still its under process.My question is if my loan is approved and ready for disbursal then why is it in processing state. They say they take a decision within 2 working days then why they are fooling people and wasting their time not providing any real updates. I am disappointed with the customer service as standard template of tecnical fault. I just wanted to hear what they will say its already 10 days.

I am sambhav prakash i have applied for 30k loan on 14th of april and today is 25th april till now my loan is not disbursed why it is happening can you please help me out i have submitted my review form yesterday because i am not able receive otp from the last 10 days yesterday your staff called me and tell me my otp now i have submitted everything now why you guys are delaying my loan disbursement please let me know and my loan id is[protected].

I have taken loan on moneyview and now time to repay emi but nach not activated till now and their is no customer care number only they have email id. I sent lot of mails since 1 month but they are not even replied once. They were calling me everyday before i take loan after taken loan they are not reachable see this is what moneyview. I was keeping hope on moneyview that they are good but now i came to know they are troubler

Really hopeless service i sent 30+ mails since 1 month but they dont have courtesy to reply.
