Sir, i ordered for a product online from mongoosekart on 26 january 2020, we recieved the order by 29th of january 2020. We asked them for return on 30th of january 2020. According to there return policy we were were supposed to ask for return and refund within 7 days of receiving order we did it correctly. But even aftter mailing them the problem and doing ever possible thing they are not replying the man himself blocked me on whatsapp when i asked him for my return and refund.
