Worstt product biggest fraud and they have cheated us wrong product delivered bad material I don't want this product I want to return and my money should be refunded to my original payment mode orelese serious action will be takennn We had ordered the second pic this wat the hell you have delivered there is no similarity it is not even silk better refund our money to our bank account worsttt website ever seen...

I received the order which was completely different from what show on site in terms of design, material, quality, etc. I was shocked to see what I received. I requested for return the same day but from that day till now no one responded. I messaged on their whatsapp no but they blocked my no. Its total waste of money....

The dress is not exactly the same as we had odered its pathetic the material is not worth the price we hve paid......

I have ordered 2 gown worth 5500 from mongoosekart the product i received is completely different from the original the quality is so poor and stitching is so cheap when i told this to them they refused to exchange or return and when i said i wont keep this product they blocked me i want my money back please help me i have attached the products pictures...

Sir, i ordered for a product online from mongoosekart on 26 january 2020, we recieved the order by 29th of january 2020. We asked them for return on 30th of january 2020. According to there return policy we were were supposed to ask for return and refund within 7 days of receiving order we did it correctly. I ordered a dress from mongoose cart worth 2999 and yesterday i received it, but it was very much different from the one i ordered, i requested a return but instead they stopped replying me and blocked me from everywhere, i tried contacting alot but no response, i am feeling cheated.
I tried contacting the founder as well on messenger shaunak mehta but no reply from there too. My two numbers are blocked from insta, calling everywhere....

I ordered a dress for rs.1899 online from mongoose kart on instagram pg. After sending the money from the bank and sending them a copy of the chellan the told they me they will send it. When i got it was not the dress i ordered. Tried calling them. Their no was not working so sent a photo of the dress to them but they said it's the same and refused refund or excanged and blocked me. Before ordering the product they've assured that the product will be of good quality and if there's any damage or different product received then they'll take product back.. I ordered a fabric from mongoose kart on 23rd of april 2019.. They promised it to be as shown in the pic given on their intagram mongoose kart page.. But today on 29th whn i gt the oroduct it was very fake.. They charged 2750 inr for that.. N the product i recieved was not worth of 200 inr.. Now when i m calling nd msging them they blocked me from everywhere.. I m helpless.. I wamt refund...
