Monster.com — fraud transaction

Before 6 months from my account 11000 are deducted without my permission, after that i go to the bank to ask the detail but they are not able to reply me, because they have only the data that this amount is cut by oxigen wallet, now i complaint to oxigen wallet so they are asking for me your permission for ensure my identity so plz give them my information so they can do further process to find out in which account the money was transfer.
