Monster India — Cheat on name of interview and job

On 31st march'2017 I have got call by a person name Ravi from Moster India. He inform me that we are consultant company and got your CV from one website. We have openings in HCL and Wipro at your location(Dehradun), would you like to register with us. It will charge only 2500/- and we will conduct your telephonic interview with company HR. Also he said you will get 3 attempts in this price. And if you are not selected than we will keep 10% of 2500/- and refund rest of the amount back to you. I agreed and deposit 2500/- on 1 April in following account number:

we are sending the offer letter in your mail id .

After that I call them back and tell this is completely untrustworthy way I will not pay more, refund my registered amount. And till date I did not get refund.
