Monster India — not refund money

I got call from monster india for home based data entry job in airtel, they demanded rs. 1999/- as registration fee (Refundable amount), but i rejected to accept airtel job offer as airtel concern person demanded more money as document verification charge and laptop insurance charge, so monster india concern person given me time to refund money till 05 june 2018 but from 05th june they are not picking my call, ph no. Are [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], a/c no. [protected], ifsc code ubin0565113, bank union bank of india, seems they are fraud, kindly take strict action.
