[Resolved] Monsterindia.com — Cancellation of subscription | |||||
We have taken monster subscription for an year on Jan, 13th, 2017, Friday. After using it for 2-3 days and after getting dissatisfactory result I asked them to cancel the subscription on immidiate basis. At the time of subscription I was dealing with Ms. Konica Bolneni - Sr. Key Account Manager ([protected]), but when iasked about cancellation she started avoiding our calls and didnt bother to reply on mails. I have raised a complaint for the same on their website also, but havent receive any update yet. I believe, every company has a cooling off period for any purchase done if not satisfied. We have paid 32200 rs. Request you to take an appropriate action. All mails for reference shall be provided as needed. Was this information helpful? | |||||
