Dear team,
I am sorry to bring this to your notice but one of your employees Annita Singh called me this morning and was rude and arrogant throughout the conversation. I even warned her that I will be recording her call for future references but she continued acting out, which eventually made me upset and ruined Monday my morning and I finally gave her back rudely and disconnected the call.
She is such a audacious employee of your prestige company that she had the guts to message me back on my number stating in poor English that I am a disabled person and mentally challenged.
I don’t mind that you have hired such undignified employees but they should be sensitive about making fun of a specially able people and mental health patients.
She might not like me but on humans grounds she needs to be respectful.
I am sorry to say but I regret receiving emails and calls from monster.com. In public interest and to spread awareness I am also sharing this on social media.
Also just to add I lost my cool after receiving such a message from her so I gave her back again and informed her that I will escalating the same. However no apologies have been received yet, it make me things it is a casual approach for Monster.com to disrespect customers, mentally challenged and specially abled.
Please teach your employees that specially abled people are not a laughing stock and their disability should be used to insult people/customers
Attaching Annita Singh’s screenshot for your visibility.
Thanks and Regards
Jasper R Nathaniel
