Hi, 3 yrs back i had taken monster services for one year and i knew how they manipulated the agreement.I had stopped entertaining their calls and they have been calling me from different numbers and names pitching some products & services saying they offer great customer service.They can go to any extent to get sales. Just last week, i finally signed up for a small package (1 week database access) and made the payment online and they have confirmed the realisation of the same.The guy who convinced me to sign up stating he will take care of everything is not even attending my calls and replying to my emails.My account is not activated yet.
