I am writing to file a complaint against Monte Carlo for selling a defective product and failing to provide any resolution despite multiple follow-ups.
On 13th April, I purchased a men’s trouser from your Pebble Downtown Mall, Faridabad store (contact number[protected]. Shockingly, the trouser started fading from the thigh area the very next day. I returned it to the store immediately, and they assured me the issue would be resolved by the following Monday.
However, as of 1st May, I have received no resolution. I have only been given excuses like “the official didn’t visit†or “the trouser has been sent to Ludhiana.†There has been no tracking ID provided, and my calls are now being ignored.
I am now requesting a full refund for the defective product and the inconvenience caused. I have attached a copy of the purchase bill for your reference.
