I am writing to file a complaint against Monte Carlo for selling a defective product and failing to provide any resolution despite multiple follow-ups.
On 13th April, I purchased a men’s trouser from your Pebble Downtown Mall, Faridabad store (contact number[protected]. Shockingly, the trouser started fading from the thigh area the very next day. I returned it to the store immediately, and they assured me the issue would be resolved by the following Monday.
However, as of 1st May, I have received no resolution. I have only been given excuses like “the official didn’t visit” or “the trouser has been sent to Ludhiana.” There has been no tracking ID provided, and my calls are now being ignored.
I am now requesting a full refund for the defective product and the inconvenience caused. I have attached a copy of the purchase bill for your reference.
