I am writing to file a complaint against Monte Carlo for selling a defective product and failing to provide any resolution despite multiple follow-ups.

On 13th April, I purchased a men’s trouser from your Pebble Downtown Mall, Faridabad store (contact number[protected]. Shockingly, the trouser started fading from the thigh area the very next day. I returned it to the store immediately, and they assured me the issue would be resolved by the following Monday.

However, as of 1st May, I have received no resolution. I have only been given excuses like “the official didn’t visit” or “the trouser has been sent to Ludhiana.” There has been no tracking ID provided, and my calls are now being ignored.

I am now requesting a full refund for the defective product and the inconvenience caused. I have attached a copy of the purchase bill for your reference.

Please help me get my refund now.

I have received the wrong product in place of the article which I ordered on sending them the video and snaps of the delivered product Montecarlo is denying refunding or return the product saying that they have checked the video while packaging, so they have sent the correct article only

unacceptable behavior of such a big brand
Amazon and Flipkart are far better than this big brand.

My order id MC10371405 from Monte Carlo fashion got delivered on 13th March 2024 and it was small so tried to return it from that day but their is no reply from the company they are not responding to emails and responding on their customer support number and not respond on their WhatsApp assistant.I tried to contact the company even on social media but they are not responding their also.I have lost faith and I THINK THEY WILL NOT RETUTN THE PRODUCT EVEN AFTER ORDER BEING IN RETURN PERIOD BECAUSE THEIR IS NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM.I tried to return after providing my details on website but it says that details are incorrect.

I had ordered 3 blankets and 1 gents thermal upper, 1 gents thermal lower & 2 ladies thermal upper vide order no MC10356263 dated 15th February, 2024. On 27/02/2024, I received the delivery in a 2 x3 x 3 feet big carton box. However, after opening the box, I found that one ladies thermal upper (item code: 6220JL3WH) is missing. There is also a large tear in the upper corner of the delivery carton. Although, the quality of the other materials are very good & also received within a reasonable time, I was very disappointed to receive one less item. Kindly look into the matter and either refund the amount against one item or reship the missing item.

I recently purchased a sweatshirt (Item Code: MEN'S SWEAT SHIRT-RN-F/S 2 42) from MONTE CARLO EXCLUSIVE SHOWROOM located at 84-SCF, FIRST FLOOR, RAJGURU MARKET, HISAR.

I received my order number ( Order Number Order MC[protected] on 2nd Feb24. There were size or fit issues. Wanted to return this product. I am continuously emailing many times for returning the product but there is no response from them. And there is no response from all the customer care numbers mentioned on the website. The company is damaging it's image by adopting such practices. Why can't a customer directly return the product on the website itself like Amazon and Flipkart. There is a foul play on the part of the company. Customers need to be aware of such practices of companies.

I ordered a product from montecarlo by applying coupon and redeemed credit points. After order cancelled coupon amount not added and it is not valid right now. I tried calling custom service contact no. But they are not taking or answering calls and resolving the issue. I also send them email but I got no reply.

I have ordered a jacket through montecarlo.in on 22/01/23 and recieved it on 26/01/23 but after receiving the product i got to know that product was not up to the mark and there were major size issues to it. The amount is 3k+ and due to there 7 days policy i am requesting here to please give them notice of my complaint and resolve it as soon as possible. They don't reply to calls and mails which i have been doing since 3 days.

An online order was placed on 10th Jan'24 for a full sleeve jacket on the website of Monte Carlo fashion and, payment was made through the UPI of INR 3836/- On 11th Jan'24 the order was cancelled and message was received for the cancellation of the order. However, the company did not refund the amount till date.

Order MC10320114 has been cancelled on 13th Jan, 24. Screenshot attached.
After sending multiple mails and calling all the toll free numbers given in th website, no response received on the refund amount getting credited to my source account.
