Hello Team, I had placed the below order on 13th January, 24. Due to some confusion, I cancelled it on the same day (screenshot attached). The order got cancelled but I didn't get any update on the refund status. I tried with all the toll free numbers and email id mentioned in your site. From none of them I got any reply. Jan 21, 2024 Complaint marked as Resolved After raising complaint in consumer forum, in 2-3 days i got a mail from monte carlo team ([email protected]) that the refund amount for my order has been initiated. Monte Carlo Fashions customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
