Mool Chand Khairati Ram Hospital — Mass Spreader

My parents went for the annual health checkup at Moolchand hospital, Delhi.
They are senior citizens, they were standing at the billing counter to get the registration done. A patient in front of them and one at the back both were there for their RTPCR test.
Why can't Moolchand set up a different desk for RTPCR registration.
Do they want to deliberately spread the disease in order to make profits?
My elderly parents are now afraid to go to Moolchand because of their shabby mismanagement.
RTPCR desk should be a separate one. All those patients suspect covid symptoms that's why they are there to get tested. But, please dont play with the lives of the healthy elderly.
