Mool Chand Khairati Ram Hospital — wrong commission

ear Sir / Mam, My father in the Moolchand hospital since 22/5/2015, and I giving all payments through cash, but today I want giving the my outstanding payment to the hospital but that time I have not carry cash. I along with me my debit card, I want give the payment through the Debit card but cashier not taking the amount and say to me please check the board there are mention 2% commission with the payment of Debit card, I am not agree with this commission and he says to me pls. talk to our officer on Mob No:- [protected] mention on the complaint board but they are not good reply to me. There are not any ATM reason is Hospital want own commission, what is this ? I ask to you this is the permission to the hospital for taking the commission or this is RBI guidelines ? I request to you pls. take action with them because they are harassing the people.
